ADHD Time Management Training Update and FAQ

by | Sep 4, 2015 | ADHD Resources | 0 comments

Manage time with ADHD or someone else willDue to some crippling technical issues, I’ve delayed my ADHD Time Management training, ADHD Time Mastery at Work, for a week. The new start date is Sept 15; a week later than planned. It’s no big deal. Frustrating yes, but a small drop in the pond of life.

Because of the delay, I’m extending the application deadline until Tuesday, Sept 8.

Sorry you missed out! THIS PROGRAM HAS ALREADY HAPPENED. If you would like early-bird notice of the next one please let me know using this form.

ADHD Time Management Training FAQ

Who is the program for?
It’s for adults with ADHD who work. You can be a home based business owner, manager, professional. It doesn’t matter. You do need to have trouble juggling priorities, tasks, completing projects, delegating, using your calendar and avoiding distractions during your work day.

Do I have to have an official ADHD diagnosis to join?
No, you don’t. Lot’s of people bounce around for years pretty sure they have ADHD before getting a diagnosis. I know I did.

Does it matter if I have ADD or ADHD?
No. I follow the latest professional diagnostic manual. That means I call both Inattentive and Hyperactive Attention Deficit by one name – ADHD.

I can’t make all the calls. How can I get my money’s worth?
You will get a replay of every training call and the guidebook which will give you each complete lesson. We’ll also have a private Facebook group. I’ll hang out there often during the program. That’s where you can post questions for me. I will bend over backwards to make sure you get full value. If we need to, I’ll set up an extra group coaching call in the evening.

I saw a mention of a bonus for joining the program on the web site. What is it?
Everyone who signs up gets a bonus recording of my step-by-step training, Building a Strength-Focused Life. If you struggle with procrastination and are serious about living more easily with ADHD you need this training. Building your world around your strengths is one of the magic secrets of outsmarting ADHD.

When is the last day I can register?
You need to apply and pay (or make your first payment) by Tuesday evening, Sept 8. That’s cutting it close, but we’ll make it work. I get it. If you didn’t procrastinate, you wouldn’t need this training. If you have applied but still haven’t paid by Tuesday you aren’t registered.

I’m not sure if ADHD Time Mastery is right for me.
If you have a special situation and wonder if the program is a good fit for you please fill out the application and then email me with your concern. I’ll take a look and we can decide together if it’s the best use of your time and money.

I’m a full-time college student. Can I join?
No. I adore college students, but this program is for adults in the workforce, either full or part-time. There are many ADHD coaches who work with college students. I’m not one of them. However, if you are a working adult taking college classes, Time Mastery would be a huge help to you.

How much time will the program take?
The training / coaching calls are 1 hour a week. You will have some homework. Probably about an hour a week max. This program is only for ADHD adults who are committed to learning a new way of managing time. Please don’t join if you aren’t serious and willing to play full out.

Before you register for this ADHD Time Management Training program I want you to be sure this is the right program for you.
