Boosting ADHD Awareness
It’s the 8th Annual ADHD Awareness Expo happening from October 1st through October 7th.
Why am I a raving fan of the annual ADHD Awareness Expo? For a bunch of reasons.
It’s virtual and virtual means easy. Easy is so important for people with ADHD! All you need is Internet and you’re set. No need to decide what to wear or find your car keys. Just sign in and you’re good to go.
The schedule is flexible. If you can’t watch the live interviews you have a whole week to watch the replays.
The information is top notch. The host, Tara McGillicuddy, invites only the top ADHD experts to take part. No sales or sleaze. Just plenty of good information about living easier with ADHD. There’s even a great virtual goodie bag full of resources.
You build community and connection. I love the Expo chat room and enjoy hanging out and visiting with folks during the week. Connecting with other ADHD adults is incredibly healing.
Did I mention the Expo is free? Yep. It is. How sweet can it get!
At the Expo this year, I‘ll be sharing some of my best tips about creating Realistic Routines — how to set up routines, make them easy, and remember them, too.
I’d love to “see” you there! Click here to claim your free spot in the 8th Annual ADHD Awareness Expo
