ADHD and Spring Cleaning

Spring is coming and so is warmer weather. We’re getting a taste of it today, in southern Oregon. Finally!

Anyway, warmer weather means you will soon be trading in your winter hats, gloves and boots for shorts, t-shirts and flip flops.

Switching seasons and spring cleaning can be a challenge for people with ADHD. We pull out the summer clothes out of necessity but let’s be honest…how good are we at putting away the winter ones? (Never mind the holiday decorations that linger well into June. Or the beach chairs that you never put away last fall.)

Ready to do things differently this year? Let’s get truly organized this Spring!

For the next four weeks in the ADHD Success Club, we are focusing on clearing out the clutter.

Practical, step-by-step ways to clear out your stuff. From clothes to mementos to books – any items that are stacked on chairs, tables, countertops. Things in the way. Stuff you don’t use every single day. (And finding a place for what you do.)

Four trainings laser-focused to help you clear away the clutter.

Four weeks to help eliminate all the frustration, chaos, lost time, shame that clutter brings.

And you can get access for only $147. (Stick around and that amount will get billed to you each month through June. Or cancel and don’t get charged again.)

Join us live on Tuesdays at 3-4:30pm Pacific (or listen to the recording).

We kick off the Let’s Get Clearing Clutter next week – click here to sign up!

To your success in eliminating the costs of clutter,
