Affordable ADHD Coaching

Relaxed and confident womanI’m tired of people telling me they need help managing their ADHD yet can’t find expert yet affordable ADHD coaching.

My solution to making ADHD coaching more affordable? ADHD group coaching programs.  Small, interactive teleseminars teaching the essential skills ADHD adults need to know.

Affordable ADHD Coaching Groups Rock!

Besides being less expensive, group ADHD coaching offers other benefits, too:

Supportive Community – Often ADHD adults struggle alone. Life is much easier when you have the support of other creative, scattered folks who deal with challenges just like yours.

Practical Training – If you want to outsmart your ADHD you have a lot of practical life skills to learn. Skills presented clearly; designed especially for the way your ADHD brain works.

Personal Guidance – Training isn’t enough to change the way your life works. You need experienced coaching support to tailor the training to work for you and your situation.

Accountability – Who are we kidding? This is ADHD we’re talking about. If no one is making sure we’ve done our homework we sure aren’t going to do it!

Flexibility – Backup plans and session replays for when you miss a session.

If you’re getting the idea I’ve thought about this a lot? You’re right.

I held my first group program earlier this year. The transformations were inspiring.

Group members got their desks organized. Set their priorities. Created useful task lists. Most regained their confidence and increased their productivity. Plus, they learned how to boost their brain power without medication.

All in all ADHD Management Mastery was a great success and got rave reviews.

The program did what I set out to do which is change the lives of people with ADHD.

The next step? Now, I’m massaging the program to be even more effective and affordable. Coming September I’ll be offering three, 6-week programs for business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals:

● ADHD Time Mastery at Work
● ADHD Organizing Mastery at Work
● ADHD Symptoms Mastery

Take one, two or all three of these affordable ADHD coaching programs. Subscribers to my newsletter automatically get priority registration to the groups. If you’re interested in getting in on the ADHD Mastery Groups, be sure to sign-up for ADHD Success.

I am a behavior analyst for kids with autism. I am struggling with keeping up with the paperwork and managing time. I was diagnosed with adhd when I was kid but as an adult I continue to struggle.

Hi Dana, I have some minor ADHD struggles at work but I’m looking more for ADHD coaching for social interaction/dating because that’s where I struggle most. Do you offer anything like that?

Hi Andy, I’m glad you’re reaching out for help. No, dating and social ADHD challenges aren’t my area of expertise. You’ll find coaches in the ADHD Coach Association web site. Good luck! Dana
