ADHD brain fog

Brain fog is on the minds of a lot of people today because it’s a symptom of long-haul COVID.

  • lost productivity (sometimes entire days are lost to ADHD brain fog)
  • communication challenges
  • frustration
  • anxiety
  • shame

ADHD brain fog: what is it? What causes it? And what you can do to fix it – both in the moment and in the longer term?
