One of the hallmarks of ADHD is leaving things unfinished. We struggle to take things to the end step. Small tasks, big projects. We also struggle to get things started and find ourselves easily distracted by other shiny things.
The result? We’ve got lots of half finished tasks and chores that cause clutter, confusion and a general mess of overwhelm.
One of my delightful and brilliant coaching clients came up with a new mantra that helps solve these two challenges. Tie up the loose ends first! I love this and am finding it amazingly helpful in my life.
