Getting distracted is something those of us with ADHD know a lot about. But we might not be aware that there are patterns to distractability. Have you ever noticed, for example, that there are times of day when you’re more prone to falling down a rabbit hole?

If you can predict which situations put you most at risk to being thrown off track, you can get better at preventing problems before they happen. This can save you tons of time, not to mention sparing you the frustration, self-loathing, and shame that can accompany one of these episodes.

In Episode #97 of the Kick Some ADHD podcast, we talk about discovering your patterns—and Dana and David share some of their own. We then walk through a simple process you can use to more reliably dodge distractions and stay on track!
