Resolutions… ADHD Style

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!

It’s that time of year again – when many of us sit down and think about what we want for the New Year.

Maybe you want to procrastinate less or exercise more. Clear off your desk or kitchen table every night. Eat and sleep better.

All noble goals on New Year’s Day, but often challenging to uphold long-term in an ADHD life.

I’m going to admit something…I’m not a fan of New Year’s resolutions. It’s not that I don’t have aspirations and goals. I do! I love to look back and then forward. Use the wide, clean slate of a New Year to create something marvelous.

I just don’t think resolutions are ADHD-friendly.

Instead, I reflect on 3 questions and use the answers to determine what I want to do differently in the next year.

Want to learn what these 3 questions are and how you can use them?

Listen in to Episode #129 of the Kick Some ADHD podcast: Resolutions ADHD Style.

I’d love to hear what you plan to do in 2023! Post a comment below and let me know.
