adhd time tracking

In Episode 153 of the Kick Some ADHD podcast, we looked at how you’re using your 72 hours. As a reminder, 72 hours per week is roughly how much time most of us working folks have when we’re not at work and not sleeping.

Whereas last week was about zooming out and looking at the big picture, this week, we’re zooming in to examine the specifics of what is really going on. To do that we need data.

But with ADHD, how can we realistically measure how we’re using that time? And keep in mind, we don’t want to spend a bunch of our 72 hours creating some complex thing we won’t actually use!

And so… we present: a healthy, realistic way to track time with ADHD so we can make better decisions about how to have the life we want to have!
