Blame your ADHD on your brain

Making peace with your ADHD and accepting the realities makes it easier to live with.

Many of us face every day thinking that the results of ADHD in our lives are the results of personal failures. We identify with our ADHD.

But it helps to re-frame this perspective by remembering that ADHD is an issue of brain chemistry. Your brain works differently than neurotypical brains.

And in Episode 170 of the Kick Some ADHD podcast: Blame ADHD on Your Brain, we’re diving into this topic!

Plus we share an app to help you use your phone intentionally in the Squirrel of the Week.
