Let’s play a game to decide. Take a second and look up from your screen.

  • What do you see? Piles of paper and a jumble of junk?

  • Think about what’s lurking behind your closed closets, drawers, and doors?

  • What would be your first thought if I were to appear on your doorstep unannounced? “Hey, it’s Dana!” Or, “Oh no, she’ll see what a mess it is!”

How often do you fret about clutter? Weekly? Daily? Hourly? Constantly?

Now, give me an honest answer to to decide if you’re living clutter free:

  • Do you have a problem with clutter?

  • If you don’t, I’m thrilled. I want everyone with ADHD to live clutter free!

If clutter is a problem for you, please, don’t be ashamed. That’s not my goal.

My goal is to give you the skills and awareness to do something about the clutter.

You see, I’m no stranger to clutter. I’ve battled it myself. And, I know, as an expert ADHD coach, that clutter is one of ADHD’s most destructive symptoms.

Clutter causes shame, chaos, confusion, frustration, conflict, and guilt. Clutter makes you late. Hopeless. Clutter isolates you. Blocks your potential.

Clutter also makes it impossible to get organized. How can you figure out the best place to keep stuff if you’ve got too much stuff to keep?

Enough negativity. Let’s do something about it, shall we?

How To Live Clutter Free with ADHD

The good news it you can live clutter free. Even if you have ADHD. I know because I have ADHD and I’ve done it,  and I’ve dedicated the last 20 years to helping others with ADHD live clutter free, too.

Why, just today I got this email from a former ADHD coaching client I worked with a few years ago:

“With your wonderful help several years ago, I conquered many of my messy hot spots, and I am no longer afraid when people  ring my doorbell.</divz

God Bless You, friend, for all you have done for me!”

Where to start?

Along with private ADHD coaching, I offer a couple of options:

My book, Organized for Life, is a popular classic that teaches my step-by-step program for clearing clutter and getting organized.

The ADHD Success Club is my premier group coaching program that include training on living clutter free.

I occasionally offer my Clutter-Free with ADHD group coaching program. Be sure to sign up for my newsletter to be the first to get an announcement the next time it’s offered.

Please, don’t give up hope. You can learn how to live clutter free with ADHD.
